Welcome to LuxBible Chat (“LuxBible Chat,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LuxBible Chat mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, or using LuxBible Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About LuxBible Chat
LuxBible Chat is a Christian Bible application designed to help users read, study, compare, and listen to the Holy Scriptures. Features may include:
- AI Bible assistant
- Daily devotionals
- Audio Bible
- Bible reading plans
- Bible comparison (English, Spanish, Hebrew, Greek, and other translations)
- Widgets
- Verse sharing
- Bookmarks and notes
- Search tools
Some features may require an internet connection or a paid subscription.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Services.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Accounts
Some features may require creating an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions
Certain features may require a subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Apple and Google manage all billing, refunds, and cancellations according to their policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law.
- Attempt to hack or interfere with the Services.
- Reverse engineer the application.
- Upload malicious software.
- Use the AI to generate illegal or harmful content.
- Abuse or harass other users.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Artificial Intelligence
LuxBible Chat includes AI-powered features to assist with Bible study.
The AI:
- May make mistakes.
- Does not replace Scripture.
- Does not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or pastoral advice.
- Should not be considered doctrinal authority.
Users are encouraged to verify all biblical references by reading Scripture directly.
7. Bible Translations
LuxBible Chat may provide access to multiple Bible translations and original language resources.
Some translations are licensed from third-party publishers.
All copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability of translations may change.
8. Intellectual Property
LuxBible Chat, including its software, graphics, design, trademarks, logos, and original content, is owned by My Agora, LLC or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy
- Sell
- Redistribute
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
any portion of the Services without written permission.
9. User Content
If you create notes, bookmarks, prayer requests, or other personal content:
- You retain ownership.
- You grant LuxBible Chat a limited license to store and synchronize that content for providing the Services.
We do not claim ownership of your personal notes.
10. Privacy
Your use of LuxBible Chat is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and used.
11. Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with every device
Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
12. Disclaimer
LuxBible Chat is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
We do not guarantee that:
- AI responses are always accurate.
- Every Bible translation will always be available.
- Devotionals are free from typographical errors.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Agora, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost data
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Special damages
arising from the use of LuxBible Chat.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the preceding twelve months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Agora, LLC and its employees, officers, and affiliates from claims resulting from:
- Your misuse of the Services.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Violation of another person’s rights.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You misuse the Services.
- Required by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Material changes will be posted within the application or on our website.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.

19. Third-Party Services

20. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and My Agora, LLC regarding the use of LuxBible Chat and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
